Robert Vicino, Founder & CEO of Vivos, first envisioned the need for shelters in 1982. He had a vivid spiritual inspiration that spoke to him with a clear voice, advising that something catastrophic was going to happen in our future, and the only survival solution was in a fortified underground shelter. His first thought was to find an abandoned mine that could be converted to accommodate up to 1,000 people for a year. He quickly realized that was more difficult to locate and construct than expected. The plan evolved over the years and became formalized in 2008, as many people expressed their concerns about major earth changes, economic and political events that were creating a major risk for our world. Respectful of the Biblical prophecies and those of the great prophets throughout the ages, all seeming to point to this age in our time that these epic events will be realized, added to his motivation. Vivos decided to initially focus on finding existing military built, underground shelters that had solid structures, requiring a complete retrofit and outfitting to current state of the art standards. Vivos investigated, evaluated and secured the rights to shelters in America and Europe. The Vivos project is truly an enormous undertaking, with initial plans to accommodate 1 in every 1 million people on Earth, now being surpassed with immediate and future space for up to 20,000.

Vivos is effectively a modern-day Noah’s Ark, providing people with an “assurance of life” versus life insurance. Vivos is a solution for the continuance of life, providing a real underground protective means to survive virtually any devastating catastrophe. Without an equivalent fully equipped, supplied, and hardened underground shelter, survival of most of the predictable and disastrous global scenarios is unlikely. Vivos is also developing a DNA archive and vault for the safe and secure underground storage of millions of samples from diverse populations worldwide. This archive of DNA samples will help to assure the greatest chance of future restoration of mankind following an event that either drastically reduces our population or destroys our ability to reproduce. Vivos may prove to be the next "Genesis" for Earth and a new beginning for life.

Scientists understand that the Earth has had numerous catastrophic, periodic events that repeat on a somewhat predictable, or random basis, any one of which could occur again without notice, now or in 100 years. Vivos is expanding its network of as many underground shelters as possible, while time still permits. Vivos has strived to build and/or retrofit our massive community, co-ownership shelters to mitigate the anticipated forces of the worst-case catastrophes, both natural and manmade, including: a 2 megaton nuclear explosion from just 5 miles away, radiological, chemical and biological agents (NBC), solar flares with millions of volts and radiation (CME), electromagnetic pulse blast (EMP), flooding submersion for an extended period, a sudden pole shift, asteroid or comet strikes, social unrest and attack by marauders and rogue forces, super volcanic ash fallout, acts of terrorism, forced entry and non-military armed assaults, force 10 magnitude earthquakes, extreme blast overpressure and under pressure forces, 300+ MPH surface winds, extreme external surface fires and temperature, pandemics and viral diseases, Note: the above-mentioned list assumes strikes, blasts and explosions are not a direct strike.

Each Vivos complex is engineered, built and equipped to survive or substantially mitigate virtually all the envisioned threats of mankind or nature. Our hardened shelters are buried deep below the Earth's surface, or with significant amounts of soil sloping over them as with our Vivos xPoint bunkers. Our shelters are engineered to protect our members from a nearby nuclear blast, radioactive fallout, a biological or chemical attack, a solar flare, an electromagnetic pulse, submersion from a mega-tsunami, massive earthquakes, volcanic ash, severe weather, extreme winds, and forced entry. Vivos shelters are hardened and reinforced with steel and concrete, with extensive bracing, seismic joints and shock absorbing materials where needed, to withstand blast pressures, as well as extreme loading throughout the structure. The entire structure is designed to disperse both overpressure loads and movement from lateral forces, absorbing the anticipated rolling and shock waves, while maintaining their structural integrity. Being designed to move with and dissipate a shock wave is the only way a solid structure can survive. All hatches, vents, materials and devices that are exposed to the surface are hardened to maintain their structural integrity from extreme forces and intrusion. With a sudden pole shift, the tectonic plates are expected to move great distances in very short periods of time, requiring the structure to be able to absorb massive shock waves and abuse without compromise. Vivos has designed each of its shelters to provide as much comfort as reasonably possible, with a minimum population density of 100 square feet of (effective) floor area per person. This ratio is considered spacious by all FEMA and Red Cross standards. The design and overall scale of each Vivos facility allows for optimum personal space, with private areas for members to retreat to. While we cannot predict how each Vivos micro society will evolve, everyone understands their survival depends on cooperation, compassion and team effort. Our interiors are designed with warm color schemes, comfortable furnishings and gathering areas, along with private bathrooms and semi-private bedrooms. All community shelters include complete and fully furnished living quarters, with semi-private bedrooms, deluxe private bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, spacious lounges and meeting areas, computers, theater electronics, exercise equipment, well stocked educational and entertainment materials, an urgent medical area, office, security facilities, vaults for valuables and munitions, a communications center, laundry facilities, a repair shop, and abundant storage for food, fuel, water, medicine and hygiene supplies; along with all the mechanical and support equipment to fully power and operate the facility for a minimum of one year of autonomous underground survival. To accommodate our disabled co-owners, certain areas within a Vivos shelter are dedicated for wheelchair and handicap accessibility for all services, including special bedroom suites, bathrooms, and access to all facilities. Vivos shelters are built in compliance with all local, state or federal regulations for handicap access, as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Each Vivos Community Shelter incorporates extensive nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) air filtration systems that pre-filter all air before it enters the shelter, providing fresh breathable air for all occupants. These systems include HEPA, ULPA and TEDA filters to scrub all contaminates, toxins, radioactive particles and harmful gases from the outside air before it enters the shelter. Air is first pulled into the ventilation duct and enters the HEPA/ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filter. This filter stage can remove at least 99.99% of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria and any airborne particles with a size of 120 nanometers (0.12 micron) or larger. This includes nuclear fallout dust particles, infectious and contaminate airborne microorganisms such as molds and spores. Next, air enters an Activated Charcoal Filter containing 100% ASZM-TEDA™ Carbon. This filter is designed to protect against cyanide, cyanogen chloride (CK), and a variety of other harmful gases. 100% ASZM-TEDA Carbon is the only grade of carbon that meets United States Military specifications. ASZM-TEDA™ is named for its impregnates copper (A), silver (S), zinc (Z), molybdenum (M), and triethylenediamine (TEDA). This versatile carbon is designed to protect against many of the chemical weapons the government lists as potential homeland threats such as Nerve Agents, Vesicants (Blister Agents) and Blood/Choking Agents. Additionally, many of our shelters employ automatically controlled air intake valves to seal the entire facility during any actual contamination event. There are several air shafts that provide air to each facility. The shaft openings are hardened and designed to prohibit intrusion or blockage by any outside force, with several security measures. Air vents and openings leading into the shelter also incorporate waterproof gates and hatches that seal the shelter from submersion for the typical duration of a tsunami wave that may wash over the surface. While this is considered unlikely due to the strategic high and dry locations of each shelter, it is a concern that has been planned for.

Each Vivos Community Shelter is outfitted with a power generation system and a fuel supply to operate all equipment on for up to one year. Vivos employs pairs of reliable diesel generators, operating far below their respective capacity. The redundancy in the power generation equipment, as well as replacement parts for potential repairs, assure an ongoing failsafe operation. Fuel is stored in deep underground storage tanks and pumped into the shelter complex through explosion proof and flexible shock resistant piping. All devices meet UL and EPA requirements. Fuel storage provides for operation of the power systems throughout the peak consumption periods, while also charging large battery banks that then separately power the 12-volt fixtures and equipment that run throughout the night and as backup systems. This power generation setup allows for a continuous electric supply, without fulltime operation of the generators. Additional forms of passive energy are incorporated when possible, including solar and wind power systems. Where possible, all electrical devices are energy efficient and low wattage assuring the least amount of power consumption. Vivos xPoint private bunkers are independently outfitted by each member with their own power generation and fuel system. They are encouraged to follow Vivos guidelines for the size, configuration, setup and fuel storage for their private power system.

Each Vivos shelter is stocked with an abundant supply of foods for one year of autonomous survival to ride out the potential events of virtually any catastrophe, with virtually every detail considered and planned for. Each person is provided 3 meals a day, with a total of 2,500 calories. This includes all freeze-dried food supplies packaged to last 25 years before loss of any nutritional value. Once expired, the food supplies are distributed to the owners, as food stock is then replaced. Virtually any meal or recipe can be created from these ingredients, with variety including baked breads and pastries, providing a nutritious balance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals can be prepared family style or to suit each individual dietary need. Most Vivos complexes also incorporate growing gardens and systems that will yield fresh grown vegetables and leafy greens. This extends the possible term of shelter beyond a year, while providing a nutritious and abundant supply of menu choices. Food storage requires about 75 cubic feet of area per person/per year. Each shelter provides enough cubic storage capacity to assure this space as well as hygienic supplies, linens and clothing. With a well-managed use of supplies, the one-year habitation can be extended. With rationing the number of calories per day, and the continued supply provided by gardening, months of extended food supply can be realized. Once it is safe to return to the surface, Vivos members may continue to live at their shelter facility to re-establish new resources on the surface.

Each Vivos Community Shelter is stocked and outfitted with all supplies, furnishings, fixtures and equipment needed for the comfort, safety, health and security of its members for a minimum of one year of autonomous survival, safe from the risks on the surface. The supplies include freeze-dried meals, canned meats, rice, beans, pasta, honey, and condiments; beverages, water, clothing, bedding, toiletries, medicine, medical equipment, security devices, survival gear, a library of books, educational and entertainment materials, exercise and gym equipment, tools, spare parts, radios, computers, televisions, safes, refrigerated vaults, off-road vehicles, fuel, non-hybrid seeds, farming tools, hunting and fishing equipment, for what may be expected after returning to the surface. Shelters are also outfitted with an extensive library of books, educational and entertainment materials, including a vast collection of movies, video games, software and board games to help the Vivos members pass the time during their occupancy of the shelter. Designated shelterists need only arrive. Everything is provided, ready and waiting. If the shelter is not in lockdown mode, Vivos members will be able to work on the surface hunting, fishing, farming and gathering supplies to help minimize the actual use of the shelter’s stock. While we stock and supply each shelter with enough food, fuel and supplies to provide for a “minimum” of one year of autonomous survival, there is no “maximum” time a person may remain in their shelter. This period may be extended depending on the circumstances of the catastrophe, e.g. outside air, ability to grow food on the surface, temperatures, supplemental fuel/power sources, etc. Members may continue to live at their Vivos shelter, utilizing it as a home base as they may be required to re-establish a new society on the surface. Vivos also stores a large supply of materials and equipment for use both during any shelterization period and thereafter. Our research shows that one year is more than enough time to ride out 99% of the potential threats we face. Obviously, there are scenarios that could require longer duration, even for decades. A longer event period would require more food, fuel and supplies at a proportional increase in cost and required underground storage space. Since it is Vivos’ goal to make its shelters as affordable as possible to the general public, we cannot supply for an indefinite period without adding significant expense to our members. Everything has its tradeoffs. Note: Vivos does not stock or supply private Vivos xPoint, Quantum or Trine shelters.

Upon joining a shelter, co-owners are encouraged to bring comfortable indoor and outdoor clothing for all seasons, where it will be stored and waiting for their arrival. Vivos does not provide clothing to its members. Laundry facilities are located at each Vivos facility, assuring all clothing and linens will remain fresh and clean. Sewing machines and supplies are provided in each shelter for repairs and tailoring of clothing as may be needed. A total of 27 cubic feet of personal storage area is provided to each co-owner for their clothing and gear.

Each Vivos shelter community has a medical component with a range of triage and general emergency care capabilities. They are well-stocked with general medical supplies and equipment. Members need to supply their own prescription medications for storage within the facility. Due to the shelf life of many medications, these supplies need to be periodically rotated by each member. Actual medical services are provided by medical professional members in each complex, potentially including doctors, surgeons, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, dentists, lab technicians, and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) depending on the mix of members. Once under lockdown, all Vivos members provide their individual expert services to all other members for their mutual support and survival. To help ensure communicable diseases are not spread throughout the facility or community, to the best of our ability, as each member owner arrives at their Vivos shelter they will be screened by medical and security professionals for potential exposure or infection from known viruses or pathogens. Members suspected of contamination will be quarantined until it is determined that they are safe to mix with the general population within the shelter. However, there is no guarantee that one or more infected persons may gain access to the shelter and expose the other members to possible infection. Therefore, members are expected to wear protective gear during any hibernation period. The medical and security teams will do everything they can with the supplies and technology they have available, to try to prohibit and/or limit any possible exposure and/or cross-contamination.

Each Vivos complex incorporates a deep underground water source capable of supplying an ample supply of water for the number of shelterists. Water is pumped into the shelter, filtered through extensive filtration systems to remove toxins, bacteria, chemicals, and contamination, then stored in tanks for distribution throughout the facility. All human and pet waste is pumped out of the facility to underground septic systems with overflow provisions, if required. Dry waste from food and other packaging is compressed and stored within the shelter. Keep in mind that the volume or solid waste will shrink as supplies are consumed.

A tremendous benefit to shelters of the Vivos scale is the opportunity for a true community of people with diverse skills and abilities, versus the long-term lonely existence of a small family private backyard shelter that would be extremely difficult to maintain and defend with just a few skillsets and people. Each applicant advises us of their professional skills and knowledge, and are then reviewed based upon several criteria and psychographic information, including: their profession, education, expertise, proximity to a Vivos location, current health, and desired family or group ownership, and skills as a benefit to the Vivos community, This helps us understand their ability to contribute to the Vivos community. We review all applications and determine the best mix of people for each shelter group. The objective is to have as much diversity as possible within each Vivos community. We do not want all doctors and no plumbers, or electricians. Membership in Vivos is free to selected applicants but does not provide any form of ownership or right of access to a Vivos shelter. Vivos then selects certain candidates and extends them an invitation to purchase an interest in a specific Vivos shelter community or join a co-ownership shelter.

Each Vivos Community Shelter complex costs millions of dollars to construct, outfit and stock with supplies for the designated number of shelterists it is designed to accommodate. Unfortunately, other than the elite, few people can afford their own hardened, blast proof underground shelter to ride out whatever catastrophes may be headed our way. To make the access and ownership of a Vivos shelter affordable to middle-class families, Vivos sells each community shelter to a limited number of co-owners, determined by the predetermined number of occupants that can comfortably be accommodated. Member co-owners of each shelter association receive a numbered Membership Certificate Interest in the owners' association that owns each specific Vivos shelter. Co-ownership interests can be transferred, sold, willed or gifted, subject to the association rules and bylaws. The exact co-ownership structure may vary by state and country to comply with local laws and regulations.

Once each Vivos shelter association is formed, the respective co-owners can visit their shelter during overnight Meet & Greet events, or by permission of the Shelter Director; however, they cannot otherwise stay in the shelter without an emerging catastrophic event or emergency. Each shelter group is encouraged to meet fellow co-owners and get to know each other. Meet & Greet events are coordinated subject to ample co-owner interest and availability for orientation, operational training and planning for the unique pre and post event aspects of each shelter. This group meeting allows everyone to get to know each other, as well as determine and plan for their respective duties and team responsibilities for any potential use or activation of their shelter. Co-owners are encouraged to become familiar with the operations of the facility, the surroundings, the community, the area resources, the various routes to travel, ingress and egress and the security.

Each Vivos co-ownership shelter is managed by its own Owners' Association, with each co-owner receiving a vote. Vivos establishes the Association and the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Operating Budgets, the Emergency Response Plan, and all operational agreements. The Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and the Code of Conduct closely follows the U.S. Constitution, with the basic tenet that, no member shall ever cause harm or be allowed to be a threat to another member. A Shelter Director is appointed from the group, as are several Operational Teams based on each member’s skills and expertise. Vivos provides ongoing management and security oversight to each shelter Owners' Association. A rotating Management Board is elected that is responsible for managing the Shelter Director and Operational Teams. The Shelter Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the shelter acting as the executive officer of the Management Board. Members' collective abilities and talents help assure the anticipated, long-term, underground survival of each Vivos shelter community. The complete management and procedural structure is designed for the protection of lives and the shelter property through effective use of the Members and their collective resources. Since an emergency may be sudden and without warning, these procedures are designed to be flexible in order to accommodate contingencies of various types of magnitudes. As and when necessary, procedures and rules can be changed with either a simple majority vote, or in certain cases, the vote of all members.

Due to the prohibitive costs of staffing each co-ownership Vivos facility, the actual members perform all management and operational duties. During any lockdown event, each member is assigned an ongoing responsibility, based on their skills, expertise and ability, from medical, to security, operations, maintenance, meal preparation, education, exercise, communications, etc. Their collective abilities and talents help assure the survival of each Vivos shelter community. Frequent meet and greet meetings allow owners to get to know each other, as well as plan for their respective duties and responsibilities for the potential activation of their Vivos shelter. Members are encouraged to spend the night and become familiar with the operation of the facility and the surroundings. Many above ground maintenance services are provided by well-vetted contractors, with limited information on what is below ground.

Every Vivos site is selected for the ability to defend and secure the complex. This includes the remoteness of the location, natural barriers to public lines of sight and access, terrain, elevation, ground cover and camouflage. While specific security measures cannot be revealed to the public, we can say it would be virtually impossible for an individual, aggressor, or non-military group to attempt a breach or compromise of a shelter without suffering significant losses. All hatches, vents, materials and devices that are exposed to the surface are hardened to resist forced entry from armed, biological, chemical or flammable assaults. Each Vivos complex incorporates several defense measures starting at the perimeter fencing and continuing to the blast doors and air vents. There are many levels of security that would need to be breached before an intruder could get close to the shelter and blast proof entry door. The combination of these defenses and well-trained security personnel will assure control of both chaotic crowds and armed intruders. These security measures and defenses are in place to assure our member/co-owners will have access, while others will not. The primary defense will be the Vivos members themselves with a significant ratio of trained military, security and law enforcement professionals within each co-owner group. It will be virtually impossible for any individual, or group to penetrate these security forces. Vivos fully respects all gun rights, laws and regulations on a state and Federal basis. Members are encouraged to bring their own legal weapons for the mutual defense of their facility. Keep in mind that if a Vivos shelter is sealed due to outside contamination, or an environment that makes surface life unsupportable, then people would not be free to roam on the surface above. However, if it is safe to be on the surface, our defenses would make it extremely difficult for any intruder or force to approach and tamper with the air shafts or any other component of our shelters.

Vivos has established a protocol for alerting its members of an impending catastrophe or regional life-threatening event. Members are notified by phone, email and through the internet subject to the availability of those systems. However, members do not need to wait for an alert from Vivos. They are free to go to their respective Vivos shelter whenever they believe there is an impending catastrophe, or actual life-threatening event that requires the underground shelter for survival. Members need only arrive before their facility is locked down. The decision of when to lockdown the facility is made by the security team within each shelter. Only they can gauge the intensity and degree of the threat outside and determine the last possible moment to lock the vault doors. Should a co-owner member arrive after the doors have been locked and sealed, they can request entry through a remote surveillance and monitoring system. If safe, the door will be re-opened, and the co-owner member(s) will be swiftly ushered inside. However, since the blast door won't be sealed until it is no longer safe to be outside, it is unlikely that anyone will arrive thereafter without special apparatus to survive in those conditions that prompted the door to be sealed. If it is determined by the majority of the members within the facility that it is unsafe to all existing inhabitants to open the door, wherein doing so may cause immediate contamination from radiation, virus, pathogens, water intrusion or any other threat, then the door may not be opened. The key to surviving at Vivos is to arrive before it is too late.

Each Vivos shelter community includes several redundant antennas, amplifiers and radio station equipment to transmit and receive communications to the world, and other Vivos shelters. Handheld 2-way radios are also included for communications within the facility and for security purposes on the outside. Once activated, qualified operators are selected within each Vivos shelter group to manage and maintain the radio communications, monitoring the ongoing events on the surface, 24 hours a day.

Vivos xPoint owners may access and use their private bunkers as often as they wish, including living there full or part-time. However, other Vivos complexes with multiple co-owners may only access their respective 'shared' Vivos shelter in the event of imminent emergency, catastrophe, or life-threatening disaster, requiring an underground shelter for survival. Except for weekend retreats for all shelter co-owners, designed to meet each other and train for the operation of their shelter, the facility may only be used for survival protection in a life-threatening or emergency situation. On these occasions, co-owners are encouraged to become familiar with the operation of the facility, the surroundings and the best alternative routes to get there. Otherwise, co-owners cannot stay overnight in a co-ownership shelter unless an emergency or catastrophic event is imminent or has already occurred. Vivos is not a second-home, resort, hotel, or recreational facility. Over a person's lifetime they may travel to their shelter on many emergency occasions that may later be determined to be a false alarm, however, a false alarm is better than no alarm at all. The Vivos Rules & Regulations provided during the purchase process outline this policy in greater detail, as well as a comprehensive definition of what constitutes an emergency.

Vivos' goal is to complete as many shelters around the world as possible within the time remaining to do so. With the tremendous cost of each new shelter, it is impossible for Vivos to pre-construct these complexes without members ready, willing and able to commit to purchasing their co-ownership interests. Thus, each new shelter facility is brought online as we reach a critical mass of member reservations to support the breakeven cost of each designated complex. Sites have been chosen based on many factors, including proximity to a major regional population base and metropolitan areas, ability to mitigate the forces of a distant nuclear blast, biological terrorism, a mega-tsunami, earthquakes and volcanoes, and the multitude of other threats, while providing for defensible security, access to continuous deep underground water sources and the chance to utilize natural resources upon returning to the surface. Exact Vivos locations are known only by each shelter's co-owners. Custom Vivos Trine shelters are scalable with the capacity to accommodate virtually any size group.

Vivos has received applications from around the world as everyone is concerned about the state of the global economy, nuclear threats, recent earth changes, viral pandemics, and upheaval in many countries facing a revolution or civil war. Vivos is working toward building underground facilities in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin and South America. We welcome partner and membership interest to provide real survival solutions for the benefit of all mankind. Survival knows no borders. Vivos is now working with partners around the world to expand the network to those countries that can support a Vivos community complex. The demand seems to be international for both members and partners that would like to help spearhead the effort in their own country.

Vivos does not provide transportation services to our shelters. Many members will travel to their respective shelter in advance, or at the first sign of a threat, well before the general population realizes they need to evacuate. To assist members’ arrival, Vivos welcomes private airplane operators to help ferry our members to their respective shelter. Subject to enough notice and safe conditions, some members may be picked up at a variety of rendezvous points and transported to their Vivos shelter. Armored vehicles are also utilized, as available, to transport members from pre-established rendezvous locations near each Vivos shelter. These vehicles will have a better ability to navigate and pass through potential crowds that may gather at the perimeter gate. Members need only arrive before their shelter is fully locked down.

Other than the elite, few people can afford their own hardened, blast proof shelter. To make the access and ownership of a Vivos shelter affordable to middle-class families, Vivos offers each shelter to as many members as the respective shelter complex can comfortably accommodate, each of whom receives an undivided co-ownership interest in a specific Vivos shelter. The cost of each co-ownership interest in a Vivos shelter varies in price, based on the overall development cost invested by Vivos, divided by the specified number of members that specific shelter will accommodate. Vivos only sells a predetermined number of interests per shelter, based upon the number of beds provided in the facility. Once that amount has been determined, it may never be changed without a unanimous vote by the co-owners through the Owners' Association. This assures that each owner will have a fixed percentage interest in their respective shelter that cannot be diluted thereafter. Each Vivos co-owner also pays their proportionate share of the ongoing costs of their respective shelter. A key benefit to the co-ownership of each shelter complex is the sharing of the ongoing costs by all co-owners. These costs are based on an annual budget for the payment of all property taxes, insurance, maintenance, repairs and capital improvements, replenishment of food and fuel as needed due to their respective shelf life. Only actual expenses are passed through to the co-owners, without markup by Vivos or the Owners' Associations. Each Vivos Community Shelter is delivered to its co-owners, complete with a one-year supply of food, fuel, water, medical and hygienic supplies, including furnishings, equipment, fixtures, security systems, and more. Vivos cannot stock enough supply of food and fuel to last forever, as that would drive up the cost of ownership for each member, thereby making it unaffordable to most. With the addition of hydroponic gardens within the Vivos shelters, proper food management, and passive energy systems, the shelterization period may be significantly extended. One year of supplies will allow for survival of most of the anticipated catastrophic scenarios. Thereafter, or sooner, Vivos members may begin to return to the surface, once the danger has passed. Members may continue to live inside their shelter and on the surface for as long as they wish, making the complex their home base as may be necessary.

To help many worthy candidates afford a co-ownership interest in Vivos, discounts are occasionally offered to individuals and groups that bring needed specialized skills to the group of shelterists. Vivos specifically looks for those individuals who have medical, survivalist and security expertise. Evaluation of the appropriate discount amount is made by Vivos, based on several factors and variables, including the number of experts within a group, the size of the group, their proximity to a specific Vivos shelter, their skills, the number of additional family members that will need to accompany each expert, and more. Vivos accepts membership applications from around the world. Selected candidates can purchase an interest of a Vivos co-owned shelter for one or more persons, or a complete private bunker for their family or group. The process begins with a reservation agreement that is non-binding and may be cancelled at any time by the member, prior to proceeding with their purchase of either a co-ownership interest or a private bunker. Due to security reasons, Vivos cannot provide tours to the public or prospective buyers of any of the Vivos Community Shelters. Actual buyers are provided the opportunity to do a walk-through inspection of their Vivos shelter, prior to the finalization of their purchase. This inspection is done under confidentiality and with strict controls. We do provide tours of our Vivos xPoint complex in South Dakota.
